Privacy Notice for Inquiries

Smallville Montessori Inc. ("Smallville Montessori", "we") respects your privacy. This notice explains what we do with the information you give us when you send an inquiry or ask to book a visit through this website. It follows the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173).

What we collect
- Your name and email address (required).
- Your phone number, your child's name, your child's age by August 2027, the program you are interested in, your message, and how you prefer to be contacted (all optional).
- The date and time you sent the inquiry.
- Basic technical information such as your IP address, handled by our website host to keep the site secure and stop spam.
We do not ask for your child's school, health, or any other details about your child on this form.
Please do not send sensitive information
Please do not include medical diagnoses, assessment reports, or other sensitive information about your child in your message. If it would help us to know more, we will arrange a suitable way to talk about it. If you do send such details, we will use them only to answer your inquiry and will not keep them longer than needed.
Why we use it
Only to answer your inquiry, arrange a visit if you ask for one, and tell you about enrolling your child. We use it because you asked us to take these steps before any enrollment.
We will not sell your information, use it for advertising, or add you to a mailing list without asking you first.
Who sees it
- Our school staff who handle admissions.
- Companies that run our systems for us, under our instructions: Supabase (stores the inquiries; servers in Singapore), Cloudflare (runs this website), Resend (sends the school an email copy of each inquiry), and Google (our email; each inquiry is also emailed to the school's Gmail inbox). Some of them store data outside the Philippines. We use reasonable means, including their contract terms, to make sure they protect it.
- Government authorities, only when the law requires it.
No automated system makes decisions about you or your child from this form.
How long we keep it
If you do not enroll, we delete your inquiry 12 months after our last contact with you. If you enroll, it becomes part of your child's enrollment file and follows our records policy.
How we protect it
Inquiries are stored in a protected database that only authorized staff can open. Connections to this website are encrypted.
Your rights
You may:
- ask what information we hold about you and get a copy, including in an electronic format;
- ask us to correct it;
- ask us to stop using it, block it, or delete it;
- claim damages if it was used wrongly; and
- complain to the National Privacy Commission (privacy.gov.ph).
To use any of these rights, contact our privacy contact above. We may ask you to confirm your identity first.
Changes
If we change this notice, we will post the new version here with a new date.
